MENA GOURMET MARKET LOYALTY PROGRAM

I. POLICY:

Point accumulation rate	For every 10,000 VND spent = 1 reward point (Only applicable to full-priced items on the invoice, excluding promotional items and products excluded from point accumulation).

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last transaction.

If a member fails to meet the spending requirements for their tier within a year of being upgraded, their tier will be reset to Silver.

For customers who want to purchase membership tiers to enjoy exclusive privileges without the need to accumulate points:

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mena Gourmet Market's loyalty program is managed and operated by Menas Co., Ltd., established and operating under Business Registration Certificate No. 0316333076, first issued on June 16, 2020, by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City (as amended from time to time), with its headquarters located at 7th Floor, 25Bis, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

To register as a member, customers provide their personal phone number and information (name, date of birth, address) to Mena Gourmet Market staff to create a profile in the system or fill out the membership form on the website www.menagourmet.com.

Once the membership registration is complete, customers can start accumulating points immediately, and the registration will be updated in the system within 48 hours.

Each customer can only hold one membership account with the information provided to Mena Gourmet Market staff.

Loyalty benefits are for individual consumers only and do not apply to wholesale businesses or any other commercial purposes.

Loyalty benefits are only provided when customers correctly provide their registered membership information during transactions, service usage, and experiences at Mena Gourmet Market.

DATA PRIVACY
Customers agree to allow the company to collect, store, maintain, and update their personal data and other related information provided by customers or obtained by the company and/or its partners during the program ("Mena Gourmet Market Membership Data"). By becoming a member, customers allow Menas Co., Ltd. to use membership data for research, program development, and promotions, including but not limited to collaborating and sharing this data with third parties for market research, designing and improving the program, and promoting products/services/promotions of Menas Co., Ltd. All member data will be protected and used by Menas Co., Ltd., in accordance with its privacy policy and the law.

System, software, or signal transmission failures due to technical issues or reasons beyond the company's control.
Unauthorized account information theft if not promptly reported to the company.
Losses, disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from members' violation of program rules.
Force majeure as per legal provisions.

Menas Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify the membership policy without prior notice or approval from members.

Members acknowledge that these terms and conditions are fully understood and agreed upon in accordance with the privacy policy. Mena Gourmet Market is not responsible for inaccuracies or misunderstandings regarding membership.
Mena Gourmet Market reserves the right to change the program benefits and point accumulation rates at any time.
Mena Gourmet Market reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or modify points, benefits, or gifts based on store return/exchange policies or in cases of suspected fraud or program misuse.
Each customer is only allowed one account. Mena Gourmet Market reserves the right to suspend accounts if multiple registrations for fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved according to Vietnamese law.
Members will be responsible for compensating Mena Gourmet Market for any losses resulting from violations of the program, including the misuse of personal data to register accounts or actions that negatively affect the program.
Mena Gourmet Market reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty program at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
By participating in the loyalty program, members confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the program's terms and conditions as updated from time to time.
